Own a Boutique Pilates & Fitness Studio
This is not a franchise model. You will independently own, manage, and run the day-to-day with the benefit of an existing successful business model, start-up/studio launch marketing materials, and a supportive community.

What are the costs?
Non-refundable Application Fee: $1,000
Initiation Fee upon Acceptance: $5,000
One-time Teacher Training: $6,000 for one instructor per location or $9,000 for two instructors per location. For 3+ instructors it will be an additional $4,500/instructor.
Annual Brand Owner Flat-rate Fee: $6,000
Optional Annual Marketing/Mentorship Package: $1,200
Required Start-Up Funding: Must have available credit line or cash equivalent of $150,000-$180,000 (Depending on location. Some locations may be below or above this range) for location build out, signage, studio equipment, merchandise, marketing, utilities, permits, initial rent/security deposit, website/scheduling platform, and any unforeseen start-up costs.
