Studio Policies

Cancellation Policy
All classes require a 12-hour cancellation
. Private appointments require a 24-hour cancellation. Group class clients will be charged a $10 fee for the missed class, and your class credit will be deducted from your package as if you attended. Private clients will be charged the full rate of the session as if you attended. No extra fee will be charged for private sessions. Emergency situations and illness will be handled on a case-by-case basis accordingly. 

Late Cancel/No Show Fee

If your account accrues 2 or more outstanding fee charges that have failed to process with the card on file your package/membership will be frozen until the outstanding charges are paid.

Refund Policy

We do not allow refunds of any purchase. All packages (group class and privates) expire 6 months from purchase date. Monthly Memberships are an auto-renewal agreement and will charge the card on file unless canceled. Early termination of an auto-renewal membership will not result in a refund of unused class credits.  Retail apparel in new/unworn condition with tags attached may be exchanged only.

Monthly Membership Policy

All standard monthly memberships (ex $199 and $250 options) require a 3-month initial commitment and can then be canceled anytime. The 3-month period restarts after each cancellation.

If your monthly membership autorenewal charge fails to go through after 2 attempts your membership and all future appointments will be cancelled automatically.

Class Policy

Class admittance closes 10 minutes after the start of each class. Admittance after the 10-minute grace period will be up to the individual instructor. If there is a waitlist or another client waiting in person for an available spot in your class your spot may be forfeited to the waiting client if you arrive after the 10-minute grace period.

All group classes require 2 people minimum* for the class to run as scheduled. Please always double check your schedule before arriving. Instructors may choose to offer a $45 discounted private session for canceled group classes caused by inadequate registration. This private session must be offered by the instructor to you with reasonable response time and must occur in the same hour as the canceled group class. This offer is the sole decision of each individual instructor. 

Grip socks are not required for Pilates classes. Short shorts and loose basketball shorts are not recommended for Pilates classes. Sneakers/athletic shoes are required for all Jumping Fitness classes.  Supportive athletic wear is recommended for all Jumping Fitness classes. 

*Group classes without any attendees will be canceled by 9pm the night before for morning classes, and 2 hours prior to class time for afternoon/evening classes.

Age Requirement

Must be 18 or older. Ages 14-17 may attend all classes with the consent of a parent or guardian. *Jumping Fitness and Barre86 class music will not always be edited versions of songs so please be aware when allowing your child to attend. *

Vaccination/Sick Policy

Please do not attend class while you are sick. In this space we use shared equipment and have populations of clients who are: immune compromised, have autoimmune diseases, pregnant, elderly, and those who cannot become vaccinated against life threatening illnesses for medical reasons. We request that you are properly vaccinated to help protect those in our community who cannot receive vaccinations and/or who are highly susceptible to contracting illnesses.

*If you have religious or personal beliefs against vaccinations please take extra caution to not attend while sick. Thank you for understanding and helping to support the health and wellbeing of those in our fitness community.

Safe Space Policy

This business welcomes and accepts all genders, races, body types, orientations, and religions. Hate and prejudice of any form towards your fellow members will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to no longer attend classes/services within our studio or outside events.
